HF Villain Files: Deca-Twelve

Alert! The viligilante Deca-Twelve has been spotted in the slums of Makuhero city. Be warned, Deca utilizes both deadly spikes, meteor blaster and hero factory training to devastating effect. Arrest at all costs!

Originally a Hero, Deca-Twelve volunteered for a highly experimental bio-weapons program. Having been implanted with artificially created cells, Deca became the only successful subject of the program, but would lose all traces of respect and honor that came with being a hero, and thus adopted a the name Deca-Twelve, his testing number. Scientists would then use similar designs based off Deca to create the Quaza Dragons.

Deca Twelve utilizes prototype nanocells that have structured themselves into spines and a mask-like face plate around his body. He is unrelenting in combat, but will still aid innocents if the risk is there.
